B. W. May & Son Ltd were appointed to undertake refurbishment and conservation improvement works to The Coach House.

The project involved upgrading and refurbishing all living spaces in the house as well as other works to the external building fabrics.

Works were carried out within the specified time frame to the very high standard that can be appreciated through the pages of this electronic publication.

• Repair and restoration works to traditional brick and stone elevations
• Refurbishment and decoration of external joinery elements
• Improvements to the garage structure
• Repairs and making good to boundary walls and entrance features

The internal works focused on improving usability and comfort while retaining the historic fabric.

• Full internal redecoration using breathable finishes
• New floor finishes including carpets and Tile flooring
• Upgraded heating system
• Electrical upgrades and new lighting installations
